We celebrated the Fourth of July on the Third of July with our neighbors. Most red-blooded Americans celebrate Independence Day with a good old american hot dog. Most red-blooded Americans don't have a freezer full of venison.
So, we had a Mexican Feast, complete with lean venison fajitas.
