Highly Flammable

We watch all of the Cowboys games with our friends and neighbors. The majority of the time we watch them in our garage. When it's nice outside, we enjoy the weather with the garage door up. When it is cold, we close the door and turn on the propane heater.

For Christmas, our neighbor Austin got a Miles Austin jersey. So naturally he wore it to cheer on the Cowboys the first chance he got.

Priscilla became a bit hot, sitting so close to the heater. Austin, being the chivalrous man that he is, came to her aid. He stood in front of the heater, reached around the back of it and turned down the heat.

When he stood up, he smelled something. It was his jersey. Although he did not actually touch the jersey to the heater, he did get close enough to it to burn a hole in it.

To end on a happy note, his father-in-law took the jersey back to the store the next day. He told them exactly what happened and the sales associate felt so sorry for him that they allowed him to exchange it for another. Unfortunately they did not have any more Miles Austin jerseys, so he had to "settle" for an Emmit Smith jersey.
Austin has since been extra-cautious around heat and open flames, especially when wearing highly flammable clothing.
